Task Force Agila lost one of its wings as Police Captain Francisco ‘Chikoy’ Rivera fell victim to the devilish wrath of Dante aka Bungo, played by actor Baron Geisler. Chikoy, portrayed by Michael Roy Jornales, found himself trapped in the hands of death as Dante’s army run after him.

Chikoy was entangled in the corners of a public market as he tried to hide, think of a strategy, and call for rescue but none of these worked in the end. The dauntless cop attempted to knock Dante and his henchmen down but the fight was lopsided as he faced a mass of opponents all by himself. Chikoy’s lifeless body, beaten and stabbed to death, was discovered in a garbage dump the next day – a horrifying scene that brought stinging pain to his comrades.

WATCH: Chikoy bids farewell in FPJ’s Probinsyano

Michael Roy feels a mix of emotions as he bids farewell to FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, his second home for the past three years or so. He was part of the original cast alongside John Medina and Lester Llansang together, the trio is dubbed as CIDG Boys or “Team Gwapulis” to some fanatics.

Michael Roy is glad and grateful for his long stint in the primetime block yet he can’t help but feel a pinch of nostalgia as well. His character, the brotherhood he has formed with the CIDG boys, and the fun times in the set are among those he would definitely miss the most.

His fellow CIDG troopers in the series also express their sadness over Michael Roy’s exit. Lester, aka Police Captain Mark Vargas in the series, says it pains him to bid goodbye to a co-worker who is also akin to a real brother. Still, Mark promises their friendship would still go beyond the workplace.

John, known as Police Captain Avel “Billy” Guzman in the show also feels bad for losing one third of the CIDG boys but he understands that letting go of a character is an inevitable part of any teleserye. Besides, he looks forward to working with Michael Roy again in their future projects.

As he take his final bow in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, Michael Roy gives a short message to his fellow CIDG boys and Task Force Agila comrades, “Bawian n’yo si Bungo!”
