In the glamorous yet gruelling world of show business, many believe that it’s almost impossible to find genuine relationships.
However, Sarah Geronimo defies this perception. Even amidst her success as the Popstar Royalty with platinum records, blockbuster movies and top-rating shows, such as being an endearing coach in The Voice Teens, she values friendship so much and would not let go of BFFs she encounters along her stellar journey.
And, as we see in the Instagram pics of one of Sarah’s besties, singer and theater actor Jimmy Marquez, she truly cherishes these friendships through the years. We see her on-cam as an effective mentor, fiery performer, and witty actress, but when she’s with her clique, she could be the jolliest and most affectionate woman they would ever know.
Hectic schedules, numerous commitments, and even varying timezones and thousands of miles may separate them, but Sarah and her bunch are still able to find time to bond, whether it’s a simple get-together or even during breaks at work. Most of her friends are singers and are products of singing competitions like her, and they grew closer from the shows they used to perform together. Her Champ-packed circle and #FriendsForLife is composed of Rachelle Ann Go, Jimmy Marquez, Raymond Manalo, Erik Santos, Kris Lawrence, Jed Madela, Mark Bautista, Nikki Bacolod, Yeng Constantino, Frenchie Dy, Sheryn Regis, and Christian Bautista. What a great bunch of talented and beautiful people.
Sarah is also friends with KC Concepcion whom she worked with ASAP before and Judy Ann Santos who portrayed as her big sister in the 2010 comedy-drama movie Hating Kapatid. Friendship beyond work also bloomed between her and Teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy, founder and choreographer of topnotch dance group G-Force.
