PAANDAR 2018: Stars who took surprisingly odd dares on GGV LOL Trip!

Krista Baldono December 22,2018 11:50 PM

Gandang Gabi Vice is the late night show that fills our Sunday evenings with so much fun and laughter. Not just because of the funny and shocking trivia we get straight from some of the biggest celebrities in the industry on their personal lives, but most especially, because of the wittiest challenges they take on cam.

As we all know, Vice Ganda is the master purveyor of the wittiest dares done on television. Among the many challenges on Vice’s late night show, LOL Trip is one of the most exciting and most unique. LOL Trip is where the Unkabogable Star take a road trip with guest celebrity/celebrities, while talking just about anything under the sun and doing the cutest dares on the streets.

With this, let us look back on some of the stars who bravely took on the most unique dares in GGV’s LOL Trip.

1. Anne Curtis

One of best ones is when Vice Ganda’s close friend and It’s Showtime co-host Anne Curtis took the LOL Trip. In the said episode, Vice and Anne looked for street food and ate together standing by the sidewalk. They ate some kwek-kwek, calamares, and even though Anne doesn’t really eat balut, Vice made her try one!

2. Donny Pangilinan and Jerome Ponce

One of the most extreme episodes in GGV’s LOL Trip is with Playhouse star Donny Pangilinan and Jerome Ponce. On their LOL Trip with Vice, Donny and Jerome took on some thrilling dares on the streets. Picking randomly on a bowl, Donny gave a flower to a random girl, Vice begged for a candy from a random jeepney driver, and they all became a jeepney driver’s barker on the road! They also had some ice scramble and burgers, which they all ate while on the street.

3. Kim Chiu

Last but definitely not the least on our list is when Pinoy Big Brother Otso host Kim Chiu does a dare for a good cause with Vice. Our Chinita Princess went on a caroling trip with Vice, where the money they raised will go to the Bantay Bata Foundation. They walked the streets together and stopped by every random car singing one of the most common, traditional Christmas songs like “Jingle Bells”, with only a plastic jar for the money and a bottle cap tambourine as an instrument on their hands.

Celebrities may appear so prim and proper, but those on the LOL Trip on Gandang Gabi Vice this year are definitely game to facing the silliest and weirdest dares head on!
