On-screen, it is probably best to stay away from these girls. Behind the camera, they look like a fun group of friends to have.

Depending on whether you like them or not, they are either Maxwell’s It Girls or Mean Girls. Their squad is led by Marga Bartolome, who is portrayed by Andrea Brillantes, she is the epitome of a Queen B. Yet, the members of her squad deserve just as much as credit for all the bullying they have done.

There is Nadya, played by Danica Ontengco. She acts as a second in command of the group. When they backstabbed Marga, it was Nadya who stepped in as their new center. Next up is Nika, played by Christine Joy De Guzman. She seems to have long held a grudge against Marga and was quick to side with Nadya when they plotted against their leader. Last but not the least is Maureen, played by Bea Borres. Often times, she is portrayed as the naïve one of their group. But at least she is the least threatening.

Watching them on Kadenang Ginto, they are more like frenemies. But these photos tell a different story. Meet the “siopao squad”!

You could almost imagine them as a normal group of girls just trying to survive school. “Y’all don’t know how much I love this girl,” Bea posted along with an adorable photo of her and Andrea. Christine revealed that their favorite scenes are whenever they are in the cafeteria or restaurant because they get to eat for real. “The longer we bond, the more I appreciate these ladies,” she admitted.

They are even friends with Francine Diaz who portrays Cassie. “I just wanna share na sobrang unexpected ng friendship namin,” Bea captioned one of their photos.

You have to check out this gallery! Going through the photos almost made us want to be part of their squad! Only when the cameras are turned off, of course.
