Just when vampires, werewolves and humans were living in peace and harmony, a new enemy was set to shatter it.

Unbeknownst to them, the slain Magnus Imperial (Jake Roxas) had a son who inherited his powers and aimed to utilize it to achieve world dominance -- Sandrino Villalobo (Richard Gutierrez).

Sandrino indeed made his presence felt as he waylaid most of the LLU’s bulwarks, including Lia Ortega (Angel Locsin) and Mateo Rodriguez (John Lloyd Cruz), leaving their only daughter Malia Rodriguez (Kathryn Bernardo) as the new Chosen One who will avenge their death and kill the supreme vampire with the cursed markings.

To accomplish his goal of world domination, Sandrino decided to enter politics, and found an ally in the mysterious Jacintha Magsaysay (Angel Locsin), a deadringer of Lia, as his strategist-turned- enemy.

Supremo thought that he still had an ally in his sister Samantha (Maricar Reyes), but she was actually good friends with Jacintha, who turned out to be Supremo’s arch nemesis clad in a red cloak, and one of the founders of Moonchasers, the league who works toward defeating the evil vampires.

Accidentally, he killed Samantha during a bloody encounter when she disguised as the mysterious Lady in Red. This fueled his anger against the LLU and Moonchasers, making the evil vampires more ruthless than ever.

As the tale unfolded, it was discovered that Tristan Torralba (Daniel Padilla), one of the people he considers as a rival, is actually his long lost brother. Their meeting made his heart beat once again that totally weakened him.

Upon learning that Tristan also possesses cursed markings and was really the one being prophesied to fight against the new chosen one Malia (Kathryn Bernardo), he did everything just to convince him to join their clutch. But he refused.

However, all the hardships of Sandrino to please his brother all paid off when he revived him after being murdered by Jacintha in their intense battle and successfully transformed him into a vampire. He was also able to persuade him to take his place in their world and become the Imperator.

Although Tristan turned into a vampire, he remains loyal to his friends and Malia. Aside from that, he also found out from President Osmundo Mercado (Cris Villanueva) that Sandrino is planning to stage a massive war to wipe werewolves and vampires off the earth.

A battle ensued between the brothers, in which Supremo was able to acquire Tristan's powers and became stronger than ever.

But, all good things must come to an end. As Sandrino enjoyed his reign, he realized that his power has created an uncontrollable, separate entity that is more merciless and mightier than him.

His clone brainwashed him by telling no one loves him and it's just right for him to get rid of the real world. His frustration led to a fight that eventually left him defeated and weakened.

Would this be the end for Supremo? Let's all find out in the climactic final episodes of La Luna Sangre, all this week after FPJ's Ang Probinsyano on Primetime Bida.
