Stars of the morning teleserye Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit have graced the ABS-CBN Ball 2019 in their sophisticated, luscious take on the Filipiniana attire.

Viewers might have despised her due to her treacherous and cruel kontrabida role Katrina, but Cristine Reyes delighted the event’s onlookers as she showed up with her best friend-slash-daughter Amarah in tow. They walked down the red carpet in their matching Neric Beltran pearl-studded gold gowns and later on switched to coordinated Rajo Laurel creations that resemble the colors of the Philippine flag.

Romance might have been blooming between their characters Michael and Grace, but RK Bagatsing and Shaina Magdayao both arrived solo. He swooned in his striking black barong from J.E. & Company, while she dazzled in a Vania Romoff rose gold sweetheart gown.

On the other hand, Michael’s younger brother James escorted his beloved Anna to the star-studded affair. Enzo Pineda looked debonair in his completely black ensemble, while Michelle Vito was sparkling in her Joe San Antonio off-shoulder frock.

They might be stiff rivals on the show, but Doña Divina Salvador and Don David Villaluna are each other’s partners on that whimsical evening. Ms. Pilar Pilapil was absolutely regal in an Albert Figueras aqua blue classic terno while Mr. Dante Rivero looked truly dignified in his ombre lime green Barong Tagalog.

Meanwhile, Matet de Leon and Keempee de Leon, who play the well-loved Dimagmaliw couple Ruth and Benjie, graced the red carpet together. Matet was shimmering in her glittery blue Filipiniana gown, while Keempee was spruce in a Maxi Cinco creation.

Avid viewers of Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit surely missed Ella and Eric, thus their actors Kaye Abad and Rafa Siguion-Reyna put a halt on our yearnings as they showed up to the gathering. Kaye mesmerized us with her timeless beauty as she sashayed in her unique Martin Bautista bright orange dress, while Rafa strutted in a Barge Ramos modern Barong Tagalog.
