In one of her Instagram uploads, the actress confessed being weight conscious during her younger years. But, she eventually realized that it should be about what she feels with her body, so she stopped following any kind of popular diet and switched to consuming plant-based food.
“I no longer succumb to fad diets and eat what I like in moderation. The true answer to reaching an equilibrium is eat only the caloric amount your body can burn. And of course eat less and exercise more to loose and vice versa to gain. It’s not rocket science - just discipline,” she imparted in the post.
In addition to that, she also exercises and engages in different sports four times a week.
